Ronke Omorodion is a highly skilled Solicitor with over 13 years of experience in the legal profession. Known for her commitment to excellence, Ronke is dedicated to crafting innovative solutions for her clients’ complex legal challenges. She’s particularly passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and startups, helping them navigate the legal aspects of building their dreams into successful businesses.
Ronke holds dual law degrees from the Nigerian Law School (2010) and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2021. Her practice spans the full spectrum of corporate and commercial legal services, as well as Wills and Estates and Real Estate Transactions. She’s proudly earned the nickname “the entrepreneur’s lawyer” for her dedication to supporting small businesses with personalized legal strategies.
With an eye for detail, an insatiable intellectual curiosity, and a deep commitment to her clients, Ronke delivers nothing less than first-class services. She is also a valued leader in the legal community, serving as the Alberta South Section Coordinator for the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and as Co-Chair of the CBA Legal Research & Knowledge Management Section. Additionally, Ronke is Secretary of the CBA’s Business Law South Section and volunteers as a peer support mentor for Alberta Lawyers’ Assistance Society (ASSIST). Her service extends to her faith community, where she nurtures young minds as the Teenage Ministry Minister.
When Ronke takes a break from work, she’s all
about family adventure like exploring local parks, enjoying leisurely walks, or
unwinding with her partner and their sons over crime movies.
